If you're in the market for tile (or anything else they sell), Kristen is your gal! She will go above & beyond to get you exactly what you're looking for. She worked tirelessly for me. Not only when we were in the showroom where she would search high & low for that exact sample I had in mind, but also she worked hard behind the scenes. I visited her several times and after I would leave, she would spend time writing up as many quotes as I needed and would call multiple manufactures to see if the product was still available and how long it would take to ship. I never ended up buying from CFM, but I will tell you that Kristen is a very caring person who sees the humanity in people and only wants what's best for them. I was recently having a kitchen remodel done and I shopped at CFM in Tualatin for counter tops and tile. Christi was the consultant who helped me. She was wonderful. I can't imagine having a better person to help me navigate through the hundreds of options and styles that I CFM has. When I told her my ideas she lead me right to some great choices and she helped me match colors and narrow down styles with ease. We've had great experiences with CFM. Highly highly highly recommend Lauren at their Tualatin location. They have many customer service people and we got Lauren by chance (she answered the phone when I called with a question). I immediately liked her. She's knowledgable about their products and inventory, a great listener, direct and honest. She also understood we're busy and coming into the store was challenging - so, we often worked via email sending photos, dimensions, etc. We're currently on our third project and have a fourth planned.
