I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Closet Factory. From the very first consultation, I felt like I was in good hands - something just seemed right. Karen and Marisa WERE fabulous! They really took the time to understand what I needed — not just in terms of "storage" but HOW I wanted the space to FEEL! I wanted something functional but also beautiful, and they absolutely nailed it.... no pun intended.

The design process was actually fun. I never felt rushed or pressured. And I changed my mind on a few 'last minute' items (puck lighting, glass shelvings...) they were super patient with me and flexible. They offered great ideas I hadn't even thought of, and everything was customized perfectly to fit my (small) space and style. When it came time for installation, the team was so professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. Brandon was awesome. He even went out of his way to surprise me with organizing my shoes in on the top of each stair so saw dust wouldn't get on them during the install. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so well you’d never know they’d been here — except for the stunning new closet, of course!

Now, every time I walk into my closet, I genuinely feel happy. It’s organized, elegant, and feels like my own little sanctuary. It’s made a bigger difference in my daily life than I ever expected. If you’re even thinking about remodeling your closet, these guys. The best in the state!...

From the time of the design appointment to the final touches offered during installation, working with Closet Factory was a phenomenal experience that far exceeded my expectations. I purchased new construction in July 2020 and have unfortunately grown accustomed to careless vendors and poor service in remedying numerous warranty issues within the home--I was hesitant to extend my trust on another project and felt somewhat vulnerable, wondering if I was welcoming another series of issues. Much to my delight, the team at Closet Factory genuinely restored my faith in customer care and quality. My designer Shelli was fun, artistic and thoughtful in her design plan. She listened to what I knew I needed and made suggestions that were appropriate to help fill in the gaps. My installers were also incredibly careful, considerate and helpful. They were excellent in communicating through the installation process and even hung a wall-mounted jewelry cabinet I already owned on the side of one of the panels. I'm thrilled with the built-in appearance of the end product. It was further evident that each of the individuals with whom I worked takes great pride in their craft. It is rare for a company to be above par on all levels - Closet Factory certainly was for me. Debra’s design for a small “reach-in” closet expanded my space - allowing me to store more, and keep my closet much neater and organized.

Being the consummate consumer, besides reading all reviews, etc. I had three companies out to design my closet and submit a bid.

I also visited the showrooms - to compare installation options and quality. Closet factory was by far the best design, the best quality, and provided much more value for the money.

As I didn’t realize I needed special permission from the home owners association - Linda, the owner, handled it all - having to make several calls, submit proof of insurance etc. to stay with the original installation date.

Best of all, the installation is perfect - Bob the installer was on time, covered my floors so as to not do any damage, vacuumed, and thoroughly cleaned all the shelves of the new closet.
