I wish I was able to give negative stars because that is what this park deserves.

If you want a place that loves and cares about your well being do not move into here they make it impossible to do anything I was approved for a fence and then all the sudden when I put it up it wasn’t approved and they are now making me take it down being a single mother, a child’s safety is first however they obviously don’t care if my son has a safe place to play outside all they care about is money and whatever they want to do. While trying to be professional and get the matter solved in a civil manor the park manager and corporate office was very rude to me do not move in here and tell your friends it isn’t a good place to live either.

If you are thinking about moving in Tucson do not move into a place called "Santiago acacia gardens" off of shannon and Curtis because they are selling trailers that have delinquent taxes on them. Sounds like a good deal but not a good place to live. They also gave me a lot of trouble when trying to get my emotional support animal approved and have no common curtesy of any kind. Management is highly biased. If you are not Latino, the rules are very strict. For example only 2 cars are allowed per property. If you are Latino, you can park 7 cars in the fire lanes in the street or where ever was convenient (including blocking in other neighbors) every night and Letty, the Manager, will ride by on her golf cart and intentionally turn her head as to not see this happening. I have had her say something because I had company (only 1 person in 1 car). I have gotten lectured by her for checking my oil before a trip in my driveway because the rules say you cannot work on cars here, but After 5 p.m. when she goes home there are no rules. Certain people can play their music loudly enough for the police to come at 3 a.m. but because she didn't see it, it didn't happen.

Feel free to ask her.... She will tell you it didn't happen and that nothing like that EVER...

Worst trailer lot I've ever stayed at. They demand to keep our space clean otherwise we'll start receiving letters that say to clean the area by the given date otherwise we'll be evicted, and sometimes the letters say to even to PAINT OUR TRAILER which will cost thousands of dollars. They demand this all the while not maintaining the park itself. Hypocrites. The manager is incompetent. Always getting our rent amount mixed up, always taking forever to do her job.
