Negligence and no concern for your items or animal's lives is how I would summarize this distribution center. File with the OIG if you have issues; this center needs a revamp. Because of avoidable delays, this center caused the deaths of 11 of our chicks (out of 14). From what we can tell, they received them on time, but let the babies sit on a truck overnight while in transit to our local office. USPS doesn't care. They don't have to care because no one holds them accountable, yet they added a $15 surcharge for live poultry shipping this year. For what if this is the result? We called, we drove to the distribution center, we got several different stories on where our chicks were or weren't, we honestly thought at one point they'd been stolen. HIGHLY recommend with all the recent reviews on this center that you file with the office of Inspector General for USPS. Google USPS Office of Inspector General, and file your complaint. I've seen plenty of negligence reviews here. They should do better. I will be filing with the OIG and pushing for investigation.

Any employees I talked and interacted with were so helpful and very friendly. Every time I went there, they always took their time to explain and helped me complete my mailing agenda. I got it wrong twice in one week. Keith was there to help me out for nearly an hour. I don’t remember the name of a lady supervisor and couple of people at front counter. Thank you for helping and being so patient with me. FYI: This location is a processing center. It doesn’t have the same services as a retail usps store. Mostly, it’s for businesses. Please don’t get upset if they can’t help you with mailing/picking up a parcel. However, they definitely will help you with the question you might have. You may not notice their smiley face but they are super friendly. 😁

Stuck in a timeloop? Why???? Sorry, kids. Guess you're not getting anything from your aunt for Christmas. $70 for 3-day shipping too. I tell myself every single time to go to UPS or FedEx instead. Why do I keep doing this? Update: After 6 calls to customer service, a return to sender request, and missing mail inquiries that kept magically getting "resolved" even though it was far from resolved, the parcel was finally delivered to the intended post office 27 days after it's doomed journey began. It even looks like Seattle drove over it with the mail truck a few times for good measure.

This is a HORRIBLE distribution center. I had a package come from 3 hours away that took (no exaggeration 6 days) because it sat in this distribution center for days, left this center, only to return 23 minutes later and sit for another 3 days. The package I’m waiting on now has arrived at this center two days ago and is not updating is sitting has been for 2 days and continues to. The package itself came from Pa and I kid u not the whole trip itself to Seattle took less than 2 days and that’s arriving and leaving several distribution centers but once it got to Seattle… it sat and always sits for days on end with no updates. It’s a bit ridiculous that it can travel across the country faster than it can process at a local distribution center and be sent out to my local post office. I wish there was a way we could just pick our packages up from here ourselves. Because my packages always get held up here without fail. How can a package travel from the east coast to the west coast in less than 2 days and then arrive here and sit for over 4 days?!? This is crazy and unjustifiable. It is literally ONLY this center that it happens to me every time. The crazy part is this center is like. Ten minute drive from my house. I will no longer use usps to ship or receive packages and I will in the future ALWAYS pay extra to use a different service. The pose office used to be reliable and timely but this is a joke I don’t want to use usps ever again. On top of that if u call customer service u will be hung up several times just talking to the automated machine. If u don’t state the correct response in the order it wants u to u will never reach an actual human being. Super frustrating. I’m...

I had a time sensitive package that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. When it got to this DC on a Friday afternoon (after it was already three days past the first estimated delivery date), it proceeded to sit there (my local PO is probably 35 minutes away with no traffic) for three days. On the morning of the fourth day, I opened a case with the USPS customer service for domestic and international tracking. The next tracking update was my package being processed through the facility early the next morning, and then arriving at my local PO the same morning for delivery to my address. Usually it only takes 1-2 days for my packages to leave this facility. Not sure why advantage ground is slower than is advertised. I’m grateful my package is getting here before I leave town, and am leaving this review to hopefully help others who are in this boat. If your package is just sitting at this DC, call the customer service for tracking and open a case. Maybe it’s a coincidence that my package started moving the morning after I called, maybe it’s not. I’d like to...
