❗️ASSAULT by Employee❗️
Response to your reply; ⬇️ -I was WILLING to leave, she forcibly grabbed my wrist band and yanked me towards her -did NOT destroy anything -being called out? wasn’t aware of where the band came didn’t steal it 😂 -oh hun sorry someone failed to raise you ANY assault is assault! Who didn’t hug you enough?🥹 you don’t believe that? Then you probably do it!
Already filed complaint with police, not a Karen (I know they have bigger fish to fry) Description of employee: -sitting outside taking payments, bouncer -white 50s-60s woman -200-220lbs -long gray/blonde hair -blue eyes -black/blue flames tattooed on wrist (Will update when I get a name) I’ve been to this venue about 4 times before and never had an issue. We were completely sober during this situation
I don’t care how many good reviews this place has. Or the circumstance Nothing is okay about an employee feeling comfortable touching another person FIRST. My husband was scheduled to play at a show tonight 7/12
The back door is always open ANYONE can walk through. It’s a place that allows below 21 kids in for events (tons of underage drinking in the past I’ve heard and seen once). I’m 21+ . I mostly sat quietly in the back. I went outside before the show through the front.
WHEN IT STARTED: -the lady outside checking ID (not doing well cause we all were in)I can’t explain it well enough, from the start she was absolutely rude, just seemed like an agenda towards me she asked if I had a wrist band I didn’t have one (came through the back) so I told her I’ll get one. A lady next her also worked there(maybe) was nice and kept complimenting me and talking to me. I told her my husband and me are going to leave after they play anyway. She rudely said I need him to check me in I felt like I had to ASK to go grab him from inside because she was so rude. She said the whole the band needs to be here they all came out. The way she talked to the rest of the band was disrespectful, but mainly she was targeting me and my husband.
I asked her “do you take card” she said there was an ATM the way she said it was my last straw there’s only so much disrespect a person can take I knew I didn’t want to stay. Keep in mind I never once matched her attitude. I looked at my husband and I said give me the keys I’ll wait in the car. I was not paying ANYTHING to that place I’ve paid/donated to see plenty of his shows. Later my husband, of course thought it be smart to give me his gave me his wrist band and gave it to me and said “you’re apart of this band” I thought he just got one. staff didn’t care.
My husband said she saw us both come in and initially did not do anything just stood there looking at him and me on my phone with an ugly look.
This lady was building UP the anger before she came over to me. she came over she was like “you need to leave!” and started yelling and talking over me “ok, well my husband just gave me this one.. ” didn’t want to hear it kept raising her voice and shouting
I was sitting down with her yelling over me she said “YOU NEED TO TAKE IT OFF” and tried pulling my wrist band off my wrist this is where i pushed her away. I run a MMA studio I teach it, and have two years of experience. But, touch me and the first lesson is free btch .I stood up. “ I’ll leave but don’t fcking put your hands on me first”. this random guy that works there threatened me and said “don’t mess with her, she’s crazy” we got five inches apart im thinking ha do it! You shall indeed find out. we started leaving. My husband said “shes apart of this band” and the guy who was behind her was like “well if they say she’s apart of the band…” I walked out The lady stared at my husband while he grabbed his stuff and the entire band left. taking accountable nope he shouldn’t have gave it to me. she could just be nice? I would NEVER ever talk to someone the way she talked to us from the start. Maybe #Needssomed*ck Or just self care.
Stay safe staff Catch the wrong person and they wont hold back by being the better person.
Hurt people, hurt...
Read moreWow, seriously wow. This place blew me out of the water! I saw a picture of their "pineapple fritters" pop up on my feed and wanted to go try them. My mom had the "Bartenders Margarita" which was quite nice, but my "Sex On The River" was my favourite by far (but I love sweet drinks.)
She had a beet salad which she enjoyed and I had a Lucky Burger which was tasty, well seasoned, with some nice thick bacon. Oh and I recommend the chips, they are so light and chrispy just lovely and fresh with a twist. For appetizers we tried the pickle chips which came with fries (also nice) not too breaded that they would be soggy but enough to be fried (fries were crispy too). But now to the star. The most revolutionary thing I have had in a while, the pineapple fritters! If you like pineapple you will love these! They are fried pineapple with cinnamon and sugar and a sweet glaze to dip in. My goodness! 10/10!
If you couldn't guess by now we will be coming back again and I will be bringing friends! Safe to say this will be one of my new haunts!
Also, there is a live singer every Monday that is REALLY good. Great tunes,...
Read moreBartender on 4/12/25 pocketed my cash and tried to double charge me on my card. Avoid paying with card and get a receipt for cash transactions.
Update: There were no duplicate transactions b/c your bartender stole cash from you and tried to charge me twice. Here’s what happened: I walked in and ordered wings and double wells tequila and paid $25 cash. Your bartender never closed that ticket… I came back to the bar and ordered a wells tequila single and two more double wells tequila on my card and when I went to close, she left the wings I already paid for on the ticket. She tried to charge the correct amount after I had to argue with her/remind her of her scam but it did not go through b/c the fraudulent charge she made was still pending on my card and holding funds. I was going to delete this post but since you called me a douchebag for my admittedly rash post, we can now go back and forth. Oh, and I’m not paying anything b/c my bank agrees it’s...
