A little more up keep and it could be 5 stars. When you get to the backside it goes down quick. Trash, high grass, you feel like you're in someone's back yard. They need a privacy fence to separate the homes from the course on the back stretch. Then this would truly be a 5 star. Signage is actually really good and easy to follow. Baskets are good....

Great course and rarely busy when I've visited. It has a good mix with 9 holes split between open and wooded.
