Horrible customer interaction. First time I have EVER had a negitive interaction at an Aldi's store manager was yelling at me and wouldn't stop. Went on for two transaction checkouts behind me. Involved a refund of 1.99 and I had the item and my receipt. How I ended his longated humiliating behavior-I told him I stopped arguing with irognant young people when my last child left for college. As he continued to argue I mentioned that I owned stock in the parent co. He was surprised I jnew Aldi's wS owned by Alberstson. I then told him that in another state I was a sercret shopper. He immediatly ceased arguing with me. I never raised my voice, but I was no going to be intiminated by a young 20 something man nor let him treat me awful and let him continue his supposed self-righteousness. Gray hairs need to help this generation realize they can not simply take their current social message and impose it...
Read moreVery sad to do this because I have never has a issue with this before. I am a mom of a 1 year old and today I was going through check out and asked if we could use my cart since I had my baby in there. Mind you I have never had a bad response to this. Well today the person slammed the cart they started to put my stuff in back grabbed mine not very nice. Again had my child in it. Threw my groceries in and then started to move my cart away from me and started loading the other person's cart, I had not even removed my card or gotten a receipt plus I freaked when he just started removing my cart away from check out when it again had my CHILD IN THE CART. I was very upset and feel that for a place that I know get mothers in there often with multiple children should be more kind and respectful. You never remove something from a mother th see t is...

They don't always have the items I'm looking for in stock but it seems to be the nature of the beast at this time at many stores. When placing orders online with them (which I often do), they'll contact me about a item being out of stock and ask if I'd like to substitute it but then give very little time to respond. So, therefore, they substitute whether or not you want to do so. Frustrating because they don't always have an item I'd be interested in using for a replacement. Otherwise, I...
