I am rating one star because they told me they did 60 percent of tcg player on card values over five dollars and did not follow through and asked me to leave when I said they didn't do what they said they would do.

They told me 25 dollars for seven mythics. Containing two foil 10 dollar cards checked and a 16 dollar checked along with a 6 dollar rare and on top of this 3 elder dragons 2 worth 4.99 (really?) And 8 ish dollars for the third and a six dollar copy of the non foil version of the tent dollar card. And a full art foil of the red x spell in stryx priced at 10 or 12 dollars plus one other card I can't remember 60 percent.

Offered me 24 dollars (to see if I had noticed) should be 6+6+10+5+4+3+6=35 dollars he said the value at 60 percent was 35. I told him that's not what they said they do (the 25 offer) and that they should do what they say they would do instead of trying to skim off the top all the time and they asked me to leave after I already said I was upset with their offer and was going to ofleave.

If you have trades trade it to alien games they do 60 to 75 for store credit and don't try to leave useful information out of your transaction.

They really didn't like I figured out they were trying to steal my cards. Really bad business practices. I feel bad for the regulars that don't tcg player their trades like I did before redemption and the owner rips them off.

The worst part about this is because of covid we can't trade with other players and the card shops are already trying to exploit this. He can say he is s trying to run his business in the pandemic or whatever he wants but I already lost my new vehicle apartment and belongings to this pandemic and now everyone wants to take all the fun...

I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received when visiting the store for the first time the other day. I had at least three store employees ask me for help, or assist me. One of them even showed me what a new Dragon Shield sleeve looked like from his personal collection, so I could see it in person before I decided to buy, as a sample product wasn't available to view yet since it was so new.

Another employee was even kind enough to tell me that if I needed help, or had any questions, feel free to interrupt their conversation they were having. Absolutely blown away by the friendliness and accommodation they showed to a new customer, which seems rare these days, especially from big corporate businesses.

I try to buy local whenever possible, to support small businesses.

I'll definitely be back for future purchases, and look into what games/events they run in the future, when I have time.

I didn't catch any names, and not sure if the store owner was there, but regardless, they know how to treat a customer, their product was neat, and nicely displayed. The gentleman running the register at the time was so helpful on multiple occasions during my visit. If the owner reads this review, kudos to him, he was a major factor in the positivity of my experience at your store the other day. Due to his help, and answering all of my questions, I wound up purchasing additional items I didn't even intend on buying.

I went in looking for Pokémon product for my niece, and a MTG product for my brother for Christmas, and wound up purchasing a few things for myself since they were so helpful.

If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend checking them out, based on my...

My party had vanished, all gone to their menial jobs. Our adventure had ended, our coin all spent. And yet I found the need for socialization. Many eons it had been since I had been alone with my phylactery in the iron tower. I sought adventure, joy, the thrill of the fight and the plundering of the dungeons.

Then, on a cold winters night, I found a new place. Its windows decorated with a dragon holding an odd numbered object. I assumed it was a Lich Haven or a bar to drown my sorrows, and so I entered. I was wrong, but in the best way so.

I found a kingdom of adventurers! A place for all races and kind to join together and form parties. Many games with oddly shaped dice, and cards mimicking the imagery of those our parties had slain. They welcomed my lichness and sat me down to a game. I ate a wonderful pastry called a "twinkie" and a mana potion called "bang" to let me play with my newfound friends all night.

So many games were introduced to me and available that night. Magic, Pokemon, Dragonball Z, Yugioh and Smash Bros just to name a few. Then there was Warhammer and Battle Tech. So many options and always someone willing to start up a game.

So I decided to make the journey once a month for the twinkies, games and friends. They open one hour after the noonday sun has risen and close when the moon is high and the stars twinkle merrily. Should you find need of an adventurers haven come here, and find...

Dice Addiction is a fun location with a decent selection of Hobby paints, Warhammer 40k, and trading card games - as well as lots of general "nerd bric-a-brac" A well cared for store with a clean showroom, and a lovely, big, gaming area. There looked to be two big bathrooms for the guests and players at the game tables. The location was decorated with magnificent, edge guarded tables to keep cards and valuable miniatures from falling off the table easily, but there was not a huge supply of terrain visible for wargaming. The space looked very convenient and inviting particularly for playing board games and TCC. The openness of the area as well as the observant staff made it seem like a good choice for a place to take your kids for a trading card game or board game. The staff was courteous and helpful. A young man named Nate assisted us with our goods and was alert, available, and approachable. The other gentleman that was available Saturday afternoon was very helpful as well and appeared to be in the midst of setting up a game of Pokemon with professionalism. If you are in the market for a gaming store give Dice Addiction a look!

My favorite game shop because they have a large game room (larger than the retail space!) with some large oversized tables to accommodate larger games and 6 people. The retail side also has a LOT packed into a tiny space and I find myself discovering new treasures I didn’t even know existed when I take the time to really look. Staff is also super helpful and friendly.
