While there are vintage items at this store, I found that most of the merchandise was more flea market style. Some booths are bare and/or poorly arranged, some are dirty, some are decent. I found that several of the items I was interested in had too many flaws, such as cracks and chips, to purchase. Nothing personal against the elderly woman that helped me and my daughter while we were there mid-week, but she was alone at the store and was distracted while helping us look at items in the locked cabinets, kept looking at the front desk to see if there was anyone there that needed help. Really, a store that size should have two people at all times. She unfortunately had a difficult time checking us out with our purchases, she was slow and appeared flustered and confused, we had to assist her to get tags off items and make sure our purchases were placed in our bags, as she handed me my bag while one of the items I purchased was still on the counter behind her. She might have been trying to rush as there was another person behind us that needed to be checked out. We felt sorry for her while we left. I live too far to shop Tulsa often, and since there are many vintage stores to try out, I doubt I will return...
Read moreThe owners of this mall is prejudiced, If you are a minority do not shop here. My husband was the only black who rented a booth here. I guess it was to meet there quota. But they tricked him out of his money every month. They want you to pay booth rent, and they also want to make money off of every item you sell. Too get him out they stated he owed 2 months booth rent, not true. Because whatever was sold they got the booth rent first, then the percentage off every item you sold, if any. So to get him out they packed up his items. You can't sell anything, if people do not know you have it for sell. Then state he was late on his booth rent. Imagine that. However I am glad this is over I told my husband we can open our own store. My husband has served 2 tours of duty for this country. Only to continue to meet prejudice people like the so called owner, Art. It's a damn shame that this state, Oklahoma and country, USA would rather rot in hell, then to accept the obvious we are not going anywhere. We are...
Read moreIn town for a wedding my wife and I were checking out the stops. After eating at Tally (which was fabulous)we went into Generations. After about 20 mins I took out leftovers to the car and came back in. A few minutes later I asked about a restroom and the woman told me I could go back to Tallys ans use theirs. The store has a no public restroom but in the beach towns in FL where I live that mean no one offthe street.
Any way I told my my wife and we left. My wife had found something she wanted at around $1500.... but with the way that woman told me to go back to Tallys we left.
They only reason they even have customers is because of being next to Tallys.
