Horrible service dept the service advisor i cant recall his name now but the guy was a complete jerk i take my truck in to get work done on a bunch of things at the sane time to save on paying multiple deductibles under my extended warranty gave him the run down of everything i needed done he did atleast get to the most important thing that had something to do with the instrument cluster/dash going out after roughly 4 and a half weeks of having my truck. when i called on or after the dates he would give me for when the parts he needed would be there to get an update on when it will be done. each time i had to call and text him numerous times to try and reach the guy he rarely called or texted back and i got to the point i started to just ask for anyone in service when i called got an answer every time no problem then id have to ask for him guess what he picked up in under 3 mins each time just to get told another week and i asked about the other stuff i had asked to be fixed and he would ignore me on that stuff being the tires, the tps monitors that all needed to be replaced the abs system as well as the charging system both of the last two i had been getting messages from onstar diagnostic about he comes back to me saying that oh my warranty wouldnt cover the full cost and id have to pay more the last week he had it he told me that the tires that i had extended warranty on were a little over 300 and that sense his cost was 280 wholesale and my coverage only would cover 250 that i would have to pay the difference myself i asked about there tire price match guarantee he said find a competitor with a lower price and he would see what he could do so i started to look to see why my warranty was so far off his cost let alone his installed price and i called around to every place that sells that tire best price i got was from walmart whos out the door price was by fat the lowest at 204 out the door per tire i call to give him this info nd text him the link then he tells me that walmart isnt considered a competitor for tires so i loojed some more with the lowest price being at hibbron tires and fireatone its self at 240 out the door per tire again he said he wouldnt match it either what i find worse is his lies about his inflted wholesale tire cost is some how more the the out the window door retail cost from a tire shoo thats just bad baNd bad business and he basically did the s ame thing on the other issues over 250 for the tps monitor that was 80 out the door at the tire store then to save the hassle of taking it to other shops via tow truck pay another deductible a couple more times he said ok he texts that my truck is done 3 days later i show up and he didnt do any of the other stuff that he was supposed to do only doing the cluster which was done 3 days earlier mind you he also knew i had to get a rental to operate my small business which the warranty helped with for only 1k of but at 90?a day for a truck the total cost of the rental far exceeded that and over 300 after taxes for what absolutely nothing cause this guy wanted to be a jerk and did nothing but screw me over and over again. The service manger blew me off when i left him a message so i paid my deductible by phone and picked up later from sales where at least the sales manager apologized for this but didnt do anything to come close to making it right with me or anything more then a basic apology so i ended up paying out of pocket for a tow to the tire shop that was able to finish all the other work but cost me another deductible as well as 3 more days of rental before my truck was finally drivable. So be warned the service dept is run by some one that dont care about their customers and lets his Shiesty advisors lie cheat and steal from you allowing them to run up your bill and grossly misleading you and inflating the costs of your bill all to pad there commission driven pay checks. I doubt im the only one they have screwed over im just one of the few that was able to catch them if jim glover make this...

Updated I was contacted I believe it was on Friday August 15th or there about by a manager who told me they wanted to take care of things and rectify the situation. He apologized and told me they wanted to get the van in for service the next week. He asked if I would be willing to remove my review, to which I answered if everything is made right/taken care of then absolutely I will. He said his manager would be more willing to help him if the negative review was removed, so when we were ending the call he said alright if you'll go ahead and take that review down. I never received a call back to bring it in, and I even messaged the dealership on Friday August 22nd but received no response. I didn't want to take the review down until they actually were actively working on clearing things up, so I'm not sure if they were upset because I haven't removed the review or what...

My salesman David is about the only positive from my experience. He was super friendly and seemed like he was genuinely trying to help. I submitted the online inquiry for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and almost immediately received a response. A couple of days later I went and looked at and test drove the vehicle. At this time I mentioned a few concerns I had. I was told that it was a new trade in so it had to go through service and detail, and that it would be very thorough. They assured me that they would take care of any issues before the van left the lot. We worked out the deal, and a week later I received a call that it was ready. I went to pick it up, and my salesman looked surprised to see me and said he was under the impression that I wasn't supposed to receive a call and pick it up until the following Monday. That process was more of a hassle and ordeal than it should have been itself. So, we finally get paperwork etc. signed and everything taken care of (other than they misplaced the second key fob so I only received one). 2 days later I express concern about some air conditioning, mechanical issues, and such. Part of which I had mentioned during test drive Also, I let them know that I just didn't love it overall as they have a 7 day exchange policy. About a week or so after picking it up the check engine light came on. It was a lot of run around and back and forth, but they finally said bring it in and they would take care of any issues. That turned into a week long back and forth run around situation as well (and I didn't even receive a loner vehicle). I told them about the ac, squealing brakes, pulling to one side, shifting hard. They finally call and tell me they replaced the brakes, ac line, and I believe did an alignment. I asked about the transmission, and I was told they didn't notice any issues. To which I replied weird because it does it every time I drive it, and he just sat silent on the phone. I go pick up the vehicle and it still seems to have all of the same issues. The ac still isn't cold, the vehicle still pulls to one side, it shakes and shudders when you push on the brakes, the transmission still shifts hard. In fact, when you put it in reverse sometimes the r flashes and you have to put it back in park and then back in gear before you can go. From what I've researched it could be transmission related. The only thing that seems to be any better is that it doesn't squeak as much. I purchased the third party warranty to which I was told during initial purchase that I would need to bring it there if I needed repairs at any time (maybe this typical?). I don't feel like I should have to pay a deductible to use the warranty to try and have repairs made that should have been taken care of before the vehicle was ever sold. I had high hopes and was actually thinking I might be a customer for life, but after this experience I won't buy from them again. Edited to add that during the week that they had the vehicle that they were supposed to be repairing it they left a greasy mess on the headliner that they neither cleaned or even...

I'm sorry to have to repost this review I have been to jim glover dealership on May 9th 2025 and already spoke with one of the general managers I'm telling you right now don't go promising people that your gonna go work hard to try and find a lender that would work with me and not call me but yet I had to drive all the way up there just to pull a manager out of a meeting to get his attention and I'm sorry I will never ever in the near future buy a vehicle at a dealership because all I is get pushed away and they shut a door in my face and get taken advantage of I was sold a lemon vehicle from jim Norton Chevrolet in broken Arrow oklahoma in January 2025 because they lied about the bent wheel and the cracked tail light and failed to tell me that it was there I don't like lires I'm trying so hard to try a lawsuit against jim Norton Chevrolet for the way they treated me and my fiancee and broken some laws and they know it they just don't want to take responsibility for there mistakes and not deal with them I am soooooo sick and tired of dealerships treating me badly because they want to try and look like oh were a award winning dealership and yet I'm sorry I don't see that in my eyes sorry I don't buy that story this situation has made me feel very hurt and angry and yet I'm stuck in a piece of junk doing payments for 300.68 a month if you all were in my shoes I know you would feel what I'm feeling but you don't because ya'll are so busy selling vehicle's to customers and earning money on your paychecks just to sell and get rid of vehicles on the lot and doing commercials to get people's attention and make promises and yet by the time they make it up there they get denied nobody's situation is different were all the same so tell me this why is Kristen glover telling people were here from our family to yours saying that makes people feel like okay there willing to get into a car with no pressure if you all are this bad trying to get rid of used vehicles off the lot make good promises not bad ones I know my credit score was bad but I'm sorry I didn't feel like anyone tried harder and not call me back so this all I have to say I know ya'll are wanting me to try and delete this review well I'm not this time because I want people to see how I felt and my income has nothing to do with getting a vehicle I've gone to other dealerships and traded my vehicle and it wasn't even through this jim glover dealership I am soooooo sick and tired of dealerships lieing and doing lies after lies that's all dealerships love to do is lie...
