AVOID! On 5/22/18 I purchased qty 2 70" Vizio televisions for a company break room. Took the TV's to the office where they sat in storage until yesterday (6/12/18) when we were ready to install and only one of them worked, the 2nd one has a bleeding screen (side) but no physical damage to outside can be seen also the remote control is clearly used so be careful of that too. Today (6/13/18) I took the TV back to get a replacement only to be told that as per receipt "physical damage on TV's must be reported within 24 hours" they could do nothing for me. GM told me they recently implemented this policy due to multiple customers coming back with broken TV's. Wonder why? maybe because they are selling bad equipment? We had bough from them before but no more and just wanted to pass the word. Paid $808 for it when on other stores it retails for $899 and are 100% new backed by store so for around 10% savings I am now out $808 dollars! Just pay the 10% more and get new and full warranty. I wanted a 70inch originally but a lot of stores wanted between $400-$600 which was out of what i was willing to pay. Before finding Ninos I was convinced Id either have to downgrade my wants or go beyond my budget. I stopped by their place around 5ish, they’re open late into the evening giving the working class room to make it in after completing their shift. Upon my arrival I was greeted immediately by staff and navigated their store very easily. They have all of their products on display with various price sheets all around. I made my decision very quickly as i had already combed through their facebook marketplace page prior to my arrival. I left with a 70” roku tv for around $345!!!!!!!!!!!! There is NO STORE beating their prices. the tv was brand new still wrapped in plastic and i’ve already had it mounted in my home with no issues whatsoever . They give you a 30 day warranty & a 24hr care...
Read moreUPDATE 12/7/2020 - The assistant manager was very apologetic about our situation and made it right as soon as they opened on Monday. I will leave my review up to make others aware of the issues with TCL TVs - check your TCLs at the shop! TVs 4 Less will make it right! They gave us an upgrade for the same price as our TCL and we're very pleased with how the handled the issue.
Original review 12/5/2020: I recommend this business, but be very careful with TCL TVs! We were recommended this business by two other people who had no issues with the TVs we purchased from TVs 4 Less. Obviously, other people have not had issues with their TVs. This is the second TV we have come home with in 48 hours that is broken. Both times we have alerted them within 12 hours that the TVs are defective and the customer service...
