Walked in around 11PM with my girlfriend. We had this waitress that took our orders down, and everything seemed fine at first with her giving us our teas, but whenever me and my gf ordered, our waitress wanted to change our meal for some reason? I only ordered what I usually get, which is a waffle with peanut butter on, and a side of hash browns. And my gf got a hamburger with hashbrowns & sausage. What our waitress wanted to do was change my gfs sausages to eggs because she didnât want us to spend to much, which I thought was weird? But anyway, we got our order, and everything seemed right, but the waitress kept asking me 3 TIMES if the sausage was mine. I tried to keep telling her that it wasnât. But to be fair, it was busy that day, but I wouldnât say to busy, and the woman looked like she was in her 60âs. But after what just happened, we got our food, and then we ate. Then after we got done eating, my girlfriend asked for a takeout cup of pickles, and the waitress gave her the pickles, but since there wasnât enough, she asked for more. But while she was getting the pickles, she told another worker that my girlfriend was pregnant?? Just saying now, we are both 15, so this is heavily confusing & shocking. So the worker asked my girlfriend âhow many weeks?â Then we were just confused & shocked as I said, but then afterward, our waitress made a excuse saying that the reason why I was shocked is because that I didnât know that she was pregnant?? I donât even know what happened, and I was pretty mad, but since I was nice, I only gave her a 1 dollar tip, and left. Never coming...

Read moreAnything that feels good or tastes great is either illegal, sinful or unhealthy. Sometimes all three at once. đ I've heard that Waffle House doesn't serve the healthiest of meals but I love just about everything on their menu and I love watching the cook make most things from scratch and whip it up right in front of you.
Waffle House is a place where the cooks can actually make a difference and do things in their own personal way and, unbelievably, it's actually fun to watch them work at times. I call it poetry in motion. The end result may not be the healthiest meal on the planet but if that's what you want, you should go home and cook it yourself.
You will always leave Waffle House in a better mood and state of wellbeing than you arrived in. Or, I should state "In my opinion". Either way, I would probably box you over a traditional breakfast of two over-medium eggs, sausage patties, grits, with a side of bacon to crush up in the grits with copious amounts of salt, pepper and Tabasco Sauce rounded off by a dessert of pecan waffles with butterscotch syrup. Not all that healthy but Dayum...
