Alan was the chef for our wedding and he was amazing! Very good communication getting in touch proactively and early on to discuss dishes and infra-structure he was very open to ideas and crafted the perfect menu for us the food was incredible! I told him on the day and I stand by it: it's the best bruschetta I've ever eaten in my life he left everything clean and spotless after the event! We feel very grateful and lucky to have found him for our wedding, and I'm willing to give recommendations on him to anyone.

Alan prepared an exceptional meal for our winter 2023 bachelorette party. He was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating of the multiple dietary restrictions in my group. The food was delicious and Alan was able to skillfully navigate my kitchen from prep to cleanup without any assistance from our group, which allowed us to really relax and enjoy the evening. Alan was responsive, professional, and very collaborative when putting together a dinner for 13 for my husband’s 40th bday. He incorporated local produce and everything was so fresh. We had a Mediterranean themed meal which included grilled lamb, homemade hummus, marinated veggies, pesto pasta, chicken and more. The flavors were unreal. He also prepared an epic breakfast the next morning of French toast bake, quiches, and a bagel bar. Highly recommend and would work with Alan again next time...
