Great experience with Pro Tint of Tupelo. I’m picky when it comes to the work done on my car. I’d rather spend a little extra to have a job done correctly. I’ve been searching for a reputable place to take my car to be re-tinted. I live in Columbus and wasn’t sure I’d find a place without traveling to a bigger city like Nashville or Birmingham. I stumbled upon Pro Tint of Tupelo online and read through their reviews and scrolled through some pictures. With the positive feedback I saw online in addition to the fact that they are a certified 3M dealer, I decided to give them a shot. I gave them a call, and Alex quickly sold me on their business. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain the different products they offered as well as explained the service I was getting for my money. Long story short, the final product was excellent l. 3M is a brand I know and trust. They have a quality product. And Pro Tint of Tupelo did an excellent job; from taking care to remove the old tint without damage, to the perfect lines and application of the new tint, I am impressed. With Pro Tint of Tupelo you get the quality work of a big name shop without the ridiculous overly high prices. This is the way a tint business should be run. My only complaint is that they charge $75/hr for removal of old tint. Going in, I was a bit worried about giving them a blank check as I have no history with this business. But because of the professionalism demonstrated by Alex over the phone in initially, I felt like I could trust them. In the end it ended up working out well and I did not by any means get ripped off for the labor; They were quite generous in fact. John, the owner, was so rude and came off as being racist today with the stupid behavior that he displayed! My husband and I went in to get a price for tint. He told us that he could do two windows for $179, so I asked hiw much for the whole car. He told me $299, so I stated that we could get the whole car instead of two windows for a $120 more. John got upset and told me that his prices are his prices and that I we could have a good day then and walked off. I couldn't understand why he was upset, and why he walked off without asking us did we want the two windows or the full car tinted. I told him that he was unprofessional, and I stated that he acted just stupid and racist because I asked about the price of a whole car instead of juat agreeing to pay for two windows. Oh, he also stated that someone had canceled today, and we could have their spot. Well, John didn't remember that we had used him in the past for tint service.but I reminded him. I also told him that we won't be using him in the future ever again! I don't agree with any behaving in a stupid, racist, and just plain out unprofessional manner when customers ask about pricing and services! We will be taking our business...

I used Pro Tint strictly off of the reviews. Big mistake! They must be paying ppl for the 5 star reviews because all I got was garbage! I should’ve never went back after getting my windows tinted. I still have bubbles on my windows and it’s been almost a year now. My biggest mistake was letting them install the audio system. Subwoofer box looks like it’s been half painted, speakers are wired up backwards and they butchered my back deck to get the speakers to fit. They didn’t even clean up the mess. I had to go in and trim behind them and clean up. I’ve spent more money getting it corrected than I have anything. All I can say it’s been a lesson learned.
