BEWARE! They Deserve No Stars! this store lies to customers and yells at customers, all for something that could have been avoided by simply making the sandwiches instead of lieing saying they have none at all! Well I went to the store in Tupelo Mississippi, went through the drive through and tried to order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, the lady in the drive thru said they don’t have no chicken sandwiches, we than asked if they had grilled chicken sandwiches with the same answer returned telling us there is no chicken sandwiches, mind you we have been trying to buy chicken sandwiches atleast 6 or 7 times this year with this store always saying they don’t have chicken sandwiches, so anyways we ended up pulling off, I got on door dash cause I remembered them having chicken sandwiches through the same store on door dash, so I ended up ordering it through the app with Popeyes confirming the order and then continuing to make the order of the chicken sandwiches, so we drive back up to the store with them to continue to say they have no chicken sandwiches and I ended up pulling out my phone and asking why is it door dash is able to get the sandwiches but we aren’t allowed to get them coming to the store, the manager came up and ended up making us the sandwiches! But the other employees were really rude, telling us to go the Fxxx home and cursing and being rude and all we wanted was our food so we can go on about our day, we got our food, so I ended up getting on door dash and trued to cancel the order cause they already gave me the sandwiches, the dasher was at the store and had one of the employees call me, at witch point I didn’t know it was a Popeyes employee I thought it was door dash, I proceeded to tell them what had happened and that I already received my food so they could cancel the order! The lady witch was the manager at popeyes again got really rude and told me I’m not getting no food or my money back and just hung up on me, door dash did end up calling me back and refunding me, if it hadn’t been for door dash I wouldn’t have received anything! The manager and the lady in the drive thru should be fired for lieing and yelling and cussing at paying customers who was never rude to them...
Read more1st time ordering at this location. I prefer to order from online/app when we are not dining in. It's quicker at most places. Looked online at Popeye's menu & it appeared very easy to order ahead online. So we decided to grab some lunch there to eat on the way home rather than another place. We placed our order as we were leaving Longtown Medical. Took about 3-5 minutes to get to Popeyes. There was a huge line in drive thru. I chose drive thru pickup & knew this would give more than enough time for our small order. Let them know I had online order & they confirmed receiving it. Finally got to the window & they hadn't even started our order apparently. I was told to pull up & there was barely enough room. We waited almost 40 minutes in the hot sun. Everyone else received theirs at the window. They did apologize when they finally brought our food. And the food was good, ngl. We spilt an order of the new thin chicken bites. And I had the spicy pickle chicken sandwich. It was good but I couldn't eat but a couple of bites. I didn't order a drink because I had a full one when we headed there. I ended up drinking all of it sitting in the hot sun. The rest of the sandwich wasn't good reheated. My mom got a chicken wrap special & she said it was good. I know this review is long but I want people to know unless you can wait nearly an hr from the time you place your order till it's ready, don't ever order online. At least at this location.
