I have been a religious customer to Clarks for years. I visit the store once, sometimes twice, per month. Unfortunately their service has gone downhill over the last year. They routinely don't have products in stock making for a wasted trip. The newer clerks do not bother with answering questions, they simply say they "don't know"instead of finding someone else who might. They've refused to let me return unopened products within the return period on my receipt. And if you purchase something from the warehouse be prepared to wait a considerable amount of time, or be completely forgotten altogether. Clark’s ag are super hero’s honestly!! My sweet little guy has autism and we stopped for a hard to find specialty soil mix for starting our garden. My son loves gardening and greenhouse shopping is his favorite- he saw the greenhouse and when he found out that there was no plants and no wagon to ride in poor kid went super nova. A man on a forklift came to the rescue loaded our soil and ran into the desk to set up so I could pay over the phone and manage my little guys sad realization that it’s not quiet spring. I was driving home to upstate, NY from Florida, calling places to get my son a Green Egg grill for Christmas. When I stumbled across Agpro in Turbotville, PA, I spoke to the new owner. Over the phone, he took the time to explain what he had and took the time to show me his inventory himself when I got there. I also should add, that when I pulled in, the place was neat, organized and drew my attention as a consumer with all of the different products displayed. This store was accommodating, friendly and well worth the slight trip out of my way. In fact, if I have another need, I would certainly take the time to drive to PA to get it.
