We just recently had an issue with our Frigidaire we got brand new in 2017. Not a big issue, but the ice maker quit working effectively. Upon a recommendation from a coworker of mine I reached out to Major Appliance HQ. A few years back I got two brand new appliances from here. Washer and dishwasher. Both went kaput and had to be replaced within two years. Thinking I had bad luck or that I needed to switch the brand I prefer, I went back to Major Appliance for parts a few times for other appliances.. elements for the oven, pump for the washer etc.. every single appliance and part I get from here lasts a whole six months. Everything about my experience with Major Appliance HQ's was FANTASTIC!!! I live in another state and traveled to TN to get the part I needed to repair my dishwasher as it was not available in my area without ordering. Called their number and they had the part in stock.
