I approached the shop approximately 10 minutes before closing. No one came to ask if I needed assistance but when i walked in, they instructed me to pull to the 1st garage. A mechanic came shortly after and stated I needed a patch for my tire, approximately $15. The mechanic agreed to assist but explained that I needed to ask the owner because it was close to closing time... I even and offered to pay more because I had more than 30 miles to drive. I was denied service as a female from the owner because it was 5:02 but there were working on more than one car and all of the garage doors were open! So apparently there were still open and no one else was asking for service but I was denied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND because of poor customer service from I’m assuming the manger or...

Received some poor customer service this morning. I walked into the establishment and was not greeted before I asked if there was anyone that could put air in my tire. I was told that “ you’re going to have to come back because the guy is putting six tires on and I’m not going to stop him from what he’s doing just to put air in your tire.” I thanked the man before going on my way and was able to ask one of the mechanics outside where I could go to put air in my tire as I am not from this area. Kindness goes a long way and I understand employees being busy. I hope whoever the employee was that I spoke with this morning tries to be a little kinder...

My daughter was on the interstate on the way home from AU for the holidays when she started rapidly losing tire pressure. She pulled off the interstate at the next exit which was Tuskegee and luckily we were finally able to find this place. I called ahead and they were waiting for her and got to work on her car immediately knowing she was trying to get home (4 hours away) before dark. They quickly checked all tires to make sure they had no leaks, determined it was from the weather, filled them up and rotated them for next to nothing. Thank goodness for these good and kind people, my baby will be home safe and soon! I highly recommend for good...
