Dear owner of this branch in Tuskegee AL, This was the worst service I have ever seen before a day in my life today is May 3 2024 and you need to look at the management the supervisor and the workers it obviously that they were not trained at anything to walk in a restaurant where piled up paper towels were thrown in the floor to hide vomit or the fact that the lobby was not clean and to have dead roaches that someone stepped on and did your staff a favor because of 🪳 is beyond me the clerk at the register didn't even know how to find a regular hamburger so I was giving a cheeseburger and to make things worse the customers were coaching your staff because the manager was outside just so they could get their orders correct you need to pay attention because if churches can shut down due to poor customer service then very soon you will be doing the same. Read moreThey took care of me quickly, but 1) One of the employees was wearing the mask on the wrong side (he changed his mask as soon as I told him) 2) Another one of the employees, on top of having the mask on the wrong side and on top of being handling food, wasn't covering neither his nose or his mouth with it. 3) As I sat to eat, I felt a sting on my forearm.
