Dollar General — Local services in Twin City

This store has always got a line of people waiting to check out. Only one register open, and 3 or more employees working at one time. There were 15 people ahead of me waiting to check out, and 7 behind me.. One employee on the register, one stocking shelves, who never smiles or greets anyone, always in a SOUR mood. Another employee, hiding behind that two way glass or outside SMOKING, while, WE ALL WAIT in line. Then comes in and changes drawers with the one stocking shelves, and then we have to wait on her. When called to open her drawer she yells HOLD ON A SEC....and then it's 10 Minutes before she gets there to start checking people out. You can never get down the aisles, because of all the boxes, that need stocking...🤔🤔 Think this Dollar General has the WORST...

I asked the manager for the key to the restroom, was told it was unlocked when I went to her was told to find the other employee and ask for the key. Which I had to walk across the store 5 times before the restroom was unlocked. Then I used the self check out for easy checking and paying but wound up having to wait until employee finished with other customers to get cigarettes. I was not impressed, and did not enjoy shopping at this store. And will avoid it at all cost...

Very Slow and employees are very rude. They allow customers to break in line in terribly long lines.... Extremely incompetent when it comes to discarding out of date refrigerated foods off the shelves because I have bought 4 packs of ham and they ALL bad and I got really sick... They only care about jacking the prices up for more money, not for helping ppl. Just another small town trying to make more money than Walmart by jacking up the prices and calling it...
