I transferred my love one to this facility over 6 months ago. My love one care is not at a 4 or 5 care level. He doesn't get the proper care because the facility is short staff. The facility is very clean. Since I complained about my love one care ,about him not being washed, bed linen is not being change. Times i have visit and his bed linen soaked in his urine. a few of the staff members are not as welcoming as when my love one first arrived. I pray for the staff members at this facility. That this facility get fully staffed and better at taking care of residents. I pray that God covers the residents there. I don't know how they got this score. If you read some of tge reviews, mostly emplyees did a review on working there or someone who visit 1 time. This facility work ethics is no 4.1. But my love one was not attend to properly. He lost 16lbs over 6 months laying in bed alone. Thank God for favor. I moved my love one to a much better facility. I would not recommend...

I visited my family member at this facility, and the staff was not welcoming at all. They were not friendly, they were unprofessional, and my family member was not properly taken care of. There would be days where it seem as if my family member hadn’t been bathed in Days. When we complained about the facility and the lack of care received, the staff was Not very pleasant to us thereafter. During future visits, my family member would be clean, Music would be playing inside my family member’s room and the room seem to be organized. But this appeared to be too perfect. It made me wonder What care was like when they didn’t know when we were coming to visit. We began doing surprise visits and noticed that the music and cleanliness were only a façade. This facility must do better! I would not recommend bringing your family here And if they weren’t Other patients in this facility, I definitely would recommend That they close this place down! I am a very dissatisfied...

My grandfather is here and he hates it. When I visited the hallways smell strong of urine and one of the employees was being short tempered and rude with a patient. My grandfather was put here by the state because we can’t afford in-house help and “affordable” living places do not exist when you don’t have money. If I could get him out myself I would. I wish I could give this place zero stars.One nurse, ONE was nice and patient. Other than that, this place is horrible. How everyone has given it 4 or 5 star reviews I have no idea. On top of this, there are three people to a room. He has to share a room with 2 other people all which are separated only by curtains. Way to make your “residents”...
