Swensen's Magic Market, Orchard Location — Local services in Twin Falls

It's a clean store but the customer service was AWFULLY DISRESPECTFUL. My husband, baby, and I went there because they offer postal services we walked in and went directly to the right thinking the postal area must be on a corner by the entrace because the outise sign is there. As soon as we wallk in, some cashier lady says we aren't allowed to have backpacks...its a diaper baby bag and she proceeds to humiliate us infront of everyone saying people rob her store and fill their bags with store products and that we can't walk the store with our BABY DIAPER BAG!!! You know how many people were walking in with kids and bags and families of all shapes and sizes and she only targets us and we hadn't even walked the store at all. My baby is on leg braces on a stroller making her disabled any person with common sense wouldn't think we are there to rob when we didn't even walk the store we we infront of all the cash registers looking for the postal service desk with a big white box!!! She probably never had kids if she did, you know you have to be prepared for any type of event the baby in need may face!! Please train your staff to be polite and courteous to families specially if they have...

Sadly the worst experience I've had at Swensen's in all my life between both stores. At aprox 5:25 pm on 7/7/2025, my father and I went to this store to get a case of water and one other item. When grabbing the water a disheveled older man (50's maybe) was obviously stocking that aisle, my Dad just quickly and politely grabbed the single case of water, the man glared at my Dad muttered silently and shook his head all the while staring at my father. I asked him how his day was going hoping to perhaps put a smile on his face, he then glared at me and said nothing then ignored me. As I walked past him to head to the checkout, I told him to have a great evening, he once again glared at me then ignored me as though I never said a word. I work in retail and have for many years, I was sad to have this experience at this store that has been around my whole life. Please check on this grumpy man and make sure he is okay ❤️

My 75 year old mother who has stage 4 cancer was kicked out of your store yesterday! I’m not sure whatever happened to the customer is always right, but not only was she ridiculed in front of the customers in the store she was also followed to her vehicle and asked to return all of her items that she had already paid for. When she refused to do so she was told that she was never to step foot in his store again! I am absolutely disgusted with the power that was displayed at your store and you should be ashamed of yourself For treating somebody’s mother like that! From my understanding the people that run the store are supposed to be Mormon but what was displayed yesterday was disgusting!
