I had such a great experience shopping! I came in looking for a new refrigerator and wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, but the staff were so patient and knowledgeable. They walked me through several options, explained the features in simple terms, and helped me find the perfect one that fit my space and budget.

The prices were very fair, and I loved that there was no pressure—just honest advice. Delivery was right on time, and the team was super careful bringing everything in and setting it up. They even took my old appliance away, which made things so easy.

It’s rare these days to find a store that truly cares about their customers, but here they absolutely do. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future appliance needs and recommending them to family...

Update: not only does the ice machine not produce nugget ice, it consistently leaks. We have tried to communicate with Jimmy and Hill Country Appliance team for weeks to get a refund or get a new machine. He has ignored us consistently. We are really disappointed. Do not purchase from Hill Country Appliance.

I purchased an ice machine from Hill Country Appliance because it was advertised as producing nugget ice. Unfortunately, the machine does not make nugget ice at all.
