Colwell Flower Shop — Local services in Uhrichsville

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Colwell Flower Shop. I chose Colwell due to the other positive reviews. Hester assisted me in my selection, over the phone, for the perfect floral arrangement and wind chimes for my babysitter's (who is my 2nd mommy) life celebration. The floral arrangement was colorful and cheery. I wanted it to look fresh picked from one's flower garden, and it did. Hester said she dressed the wind chimes with a bow, but she added beautiful flowers, as well. I was very pleased with the beauty of both when I saw them at the funeral home. Before they were delivered, Hester sent me a picture of the floral arrangement and a video of the wind chimes when she was finished creating the arrangements. Unfortunately, the wind chime video would not load. Hester also texted me when the arrangement and chimes were delivered to Smith-Varn. I ordered flowers for myself for Mother’s Day, excited bc I knew I would actually be getting a gift this year. I spent $100 I didn’t really have because I just really needed a pick me up, and I just ended up disappointed- and out $100! I know the flowers won’t look identical to the picture, but I thought they’d at least be a similar color. If they couldn’t do the purple I ordered, maybe they could have at least given me flowers that weren’t damaged and just smushed carelessly in the vase. I gave them 2 stars because I did get the flowers earlier than I expected.

Hester from Colwell Flower Shop provided us with outstanding service! We had ordered a funeral arrangement online from a national provider the day before it was to be delivered to the funeral home and due to an issue with transaction, it was discovered that they could not deliver another arrangement today. Being a Sunday and the store closed, we called Colwell on the off-chance that someone from the store would be available. We did not expect anyone to answer the phone, but Hester did! We asked if it would be possible for her to deliver a funeral arrangement to the local funeral home within a couple of hours. She was not even in the store but went there, called us back and said she had the perfect arrangement.
