This was going to be my go to salon from here on out and honestly it took me a few months to write this review… I was so disturbed by my experience there, and I didn’t want to write anything because of cc Absolutely adore Cici. She is a sweetheart and did great work… Unfortunately, one night I had the owner do my nails (2nd time) the first time he did my nails I noticed he was very impatient because I could not make up my mind about the color I wanted. However, this last time I went in there, he became extremely frustrated with me because he said I was taking too long trying to match a blue color and I thought he and I were getting along just fine because we engaged in casual conversation earlier … First off, he rushes, and he’s rough… At the last minute, I chose a different shade of blue, and he got mad at me and pushed himself away from the table in frustration, and I asked him what the problem was and he said that I can never make up my mind… He got up and was angry and grabbed the nail polish and at that point, I refused to have him work on my nails at that point. The disturbing part was that when he pushed himself away on his rolling chair from the desk, he almost pushed the nail dryer into my lap. ( mr. Owner if you don’t remember that it’s probably because you were so pissed off) I refused at that point to have them do my nails and he told me that he didn’t wanna work on my nails anymore and left me there with my nails unpainted … And walked off… If it wasn’t for sissy, who was working on another customer and promised to finish up for me, I don’t know what I would’ve done… His behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. I was told he has a lot going on in his life and I understand that, but he is also a business owner and shouldn’t take things out on the customers… Mr. Owner, I hope you have calmed down since then, I didn’t wanna write anything, but my last two experiences with you have been unpleasant… I hope no man ever treats your wife that way… I was very upset for the next few days. Went to have manicure I had been a few times. And the owner son was doing manicure. Had mask on. He ask me if I wanted long or short I said long . He preceded to do my manicure and he was doing them short. I said next time I wannted them long . he thought I ask for short mail. He told me if I don’t like to go somewhere ealse loud and it was very enbarasing I was in shock . The girl beside me just shook her head in dis belief . Then I said that was not nice him say that to me and he raised his voice almost yelling infront of everone and told me to leave. I did not get nails finished I did not want to I’ve i have had cancer and went ther to realax and have my nails done never expected to be belittled and treated this way I will never go ther again very sad that people are this way...

I cannot say enough nice things about this business and the awesome people that work there!! The salon is always sparkling clean and the product selection is ihigh quality. I’ve been utilizing the services at this business since they opened in early 2018 and it’s really great to have a nail salon in my hometown so that I don’t have to travel out of town to get my nails done anymore. One of the main reasons I keep coming back time after time is because of Ann though. Not only does she do an amazing job but she’s also very engaged and treats me more like a friend every time I come. I look forward to spending time in the salon for relaxing conversation and beautiful nails, toes, and eye brows!!! I highly recommend...
