DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY DON'T CARE!!! My husband & I switched back to Verizon this past March. We bought into their promo & traded our IPhone 14 pro max for a 16 pro max. We had several issues that took over a week to resolve. We're realtors & we can't take care of our clients without our phones. We purchased the liquid glass screen protector. My phone got scratched. I went there today & asked about the warranty. It's not covered, it's normal wear & tear. Ok... I asked if I could put the other kind over this. They said yes. The salesgirl proceeded to open what I thought was a screen protector. I thought she was cleaning my phone before putting on my new protector. I paid $60.35 for another liquid glass protector! Very experienced guys working the business. I thought that I was walking into a full Verizon store and that was a little disappointing because my phone and my husbands had to be ordered. That was a short wait and then they were delivered to the store . Not a lot to look at in the store but great guys with experience and great deals as I was looking for an SE.To be honest I’d rather have guys that can sit patiently and explain how everything works. Came in the store to inquire about a new phone. Two girls showed me the newest models & I explained I had purchased my current phone online & took to Verizon to have switched over. They explained their store could do the same thing as long as the purchased phone was unlocked. Returned to the store today with my new & old phone for the switch & was rudely advised there is a $40 fee at this location. Honestly, I don't think the girls forgot to mention it.
