I am likely the most neurotic, detail oriented, customer they will experience in the next two decades. They were great at answering all the questions I had over the course of our decision making. There was never a time they were exhausted with my many, and constant questions, whether I stopped at the store, or called on the phone. They were unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process. Their guidance in planning placement, and the choreography of what needed to happen before the delivery of our Jacuzzi was very valuable.
You can trust you will not be pressured, in any way, in your purchase. They gave us great advice, based on their experience selling and owning hot tubs, of what we did and did not need in selecting our model.
When I first considered getting a hot tub, I knew two things: I was buying a large hot tub, made by the most respected high end manufacturer in the industry. I was buying from a local dealer of that premium brand who had a reputation for being a great dealer.
Through extensive research, I concluded that Jacuzzi brand has a reputation for being a high end, quality built, and reliable hot tub which is known for long term happy owners. People who, 15 years later, will only replace their tub with another Jacuzzi. Through that research, I learned the most important part of owning a hot tub is to have a great dealer who is there for you when problems might arise. That the support from that dealer is golden.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe recently purchased a house with an indoor hot tub. When we started filling it, it became evident that there was a leak. I removed the side panel and located the general area that was leaking. There were a couple of jet, some fittings, and hose line all covered in spray foam. Given that I am disabled I decided to call around to have the repair professionally done. I stopped by Blockco and they told me their repairman could and would take care of it and that the first hour of service was a flat rate. Today, I received a phone call from the repairman and he told me that he would not schedule me until I located the exact location of the leak and removed all of the insulation spray foamā¦he said he would not do this. I asked if there were other options and he made it clear he was not going to do anything more. This interaction has led me to believe that he knows it will be a simple repair once the actual work has been done for him and he wants to charge the hour flat rate plus parts, while doing as little as possible. He proceeded to tell me that even though I had scheduled the repair for this week in the office, he would not be able to get to me for 1-2 weeks. I canāt say I would recommend them.
Reply: I scheduled this repair out 3 weeks in advance and was told I would be contacted on the 11th with when the repair could be completed that week. I explained the problem and even showed pictures in the store and was told it shouldnāt be a problem. I was contacted in the 13th (not the 11th) and told the repair could not be completed for another 1-2 weeks and that I personally needed to do the majority of the work, which I am physically unable to doā¦it seems to me that you should communicate with your customers more effectively about your scheduling if repairs services offered are not...

We recently bought a home and with it having a pool, we wanted to make sure the chemical in it was balanced out at all times especially when you have kids getting in it. This place was very prompt and attentive to our needs. I was assigned to Tailor and she is very knowledgeable and takes her time to make sure you understand the process of your pool. I am really impressed with the services I am receiving and will continue to use them from here on out. They scrub the walls of the pool, vacuum, chemical test and add chemicals as needed, and I love how they communicate with us on what chemicals was added and how long to wait before using the pool. I apologize for such a long review but I would want to know what kind of places I am giving my money to and if I am getting the services I am paying for. Not to mention there prices are definitely good, so I am a client from here on out. Check them out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed and happy with your results.
