Super professional, friendly, easy to talk to, doesn’t judge DIYs gone horribly wrong, or talk down to you. Very straightforward, tells it like is in a good way— the way that saves both money and time. Put up a few shelves for us, took down previous drop down ceiling in kitchen, repaired damaged and missing pieces of old ceiling above, and beautified it all wonderfully after repairs were made. Can’t go over everything he did for us because the work was so extensive, but we were so grateful for everything he did. He even gave advice for a few future projects we have in mind, told a few funny stories, and threw in some good humor as well. Very satisfied, will be recommending to friends in the area and using again....

Had a leak in my top end well plumbing. Bob showed up on time with great communication. We tried to sweat the leaking joint out, but it was too corroded and crushed. He made a quick trip into town and came back with pex plumbing and fittings in a reasonable amount of time, cut out the necessary section of pipes, and replaced it with pex. Went the extra mile to insulate it AND redo the wiring that had gotten soaked and corroded! Stuck around to make sure everything was working right, and when the kitchen sink wasn't flowing correctly diagnosed and quickly fixed it (sediment had built up in the screen having the water off for half the day)! We discovered an issue late at night. Texted him in the morning and he was here by noon. He did his best to repair it, but we figured out it’d cost more to repair than replace. He came out AGAIN the next day, met us at Lowe’s to show us what we needed, and spent the morning and a small chunk of the afternoon taking out the old one and putting in the new one for us in like 10 degree weather!
