Carts & Parts, LLC — Local services in Union City

My husband and I just recently purchased a golf cart from CP Carts & Parts, LLC. I have to give them a big shout out for the most amazing customer service. I spoke with Cade at the Sports, Boat and Travel Show in Indianapolis Indiana. He was the nicest person and was very knowledgable and answered every question we had. We walked around for awhile to decide if this is what we really wanted and within 15 minutes went back and decided to take a cart that was on the floor. After I got home I thought about it and really wanted a different color that wasn't on the show floor but saw a year or so ago at the same show. I called Cade and explained my situation and that I wanted a different color I saw a year or so ago. He was so nice and kind and said that is not a problem, we worked out the deal and it was delivered within a few days. The guy that delivered it was just as kind. I couldn't have been more thrilled when I saw it. It is so nice and the color I wanted is really nice, it's Ocean Gray! I could not be more thrilled with my purchase and this company. If you are looking to buy a golf cart please consider buying from this company. You won't be sorry....I promise! Thank you, Cade and staff for great customer service and my beautiful golf cart.

We purchased a beautiful used 2016 Electric EZGO cart back in July. We were treated with so much respect, they answered all of our questions & took care of all our requests in very positive ways. Days before we drove to Carts & Parts & purchased our cart, I had called them on the phone about some basic intro questions & Jeff & Cole answered all of our questions. After we were off the phone, we desired to buy from them because of their personal touch after phone & on-line shopping. After our purchased we had a situation where they went out of their way to remedy this situation. Today, 11-30-20 we hauled our cart up there for a part that needed replaced & they also replaced 2 parts upon our request for preventative maintenance reasons.... Again we were treated in such positive ways & they took great care of us. Their personal touch is quite remarkable. Jeff & Cole & Cade have "gone" out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of in an efficient manner & making sure we were totally satisfied. I had a weird request for a new golf cart I recently purchased. I only had one key for my Navitas golf cart, and thinking ahead I knew it would be a matter of time before this single key would get lost. I looked everywhere locally where I live for a spare key. No luck! I came upon a company called Carts & Parts, LLC and let me tell you, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! He looked locally, where they are based and ended up ordering directly from the manufacture in Canada. He kept in contact with me letting me know every step and avenue he was going down in order to get me taken care of. He sourced the keys and sent them out to me quickly. When I received the package , the keys fit and worked perfectly! He even followed back up with me to make sure everything was perfect. I’m always very skeptical to purchase things online from places, but not from Carts & Parts, LLC. I will forever purchase my cart accessories and needs from Carts & Parts, LLC just because of the customer service and their “Can do” attitude!
