ComboInk — Local services in Union City

Okay I ordered online using their search engine to identify my ink cartridges. When I received my ink 12 days later, shipped to wrong address, I noted the ink cartridges were wrong. I contacted ComboInk was given RMA 6723. I had not open out of five boxes the ink. Now my refund is less by $13.45. When I called the agent said there was a charge by PAYPAL. No charge by PAYPAL. I knew I wouldn't get my shipping cost back but I don't understand this arbritary amount since I followed every rule and the items are resell able. I asked the agent to sent me a receipt for refund, I probably never see. I went online can't see the refund receipt either. They promise refund GUARANTEED, less $4.95 for shipping becuz of the free shipping. They give online ordering a BAD NAME. What's frustrating is there is no recourse. I ordered an HP63XL ink cartridge for my HP 4650 all in one office jet. When it arrived it did not work. Frustrated I contacted customer support and was amazed at the level of support I received. After walking me through a few simple troubleshooting steps they sent me a new cartridge immediately. Upon receiving the replacement cartridge I installed it in my printer. It worked fine. Not only fine but I got almost double the printer output I got out of a genuine HP cartridge. I just finished exhausting the cartridge after two 500 page reams of paper! I will admit that each page had less than normal printing on them but I was only getting a little over one ream of paper using a genuine HP cartridge printing the same thing. I feel the true test of a company is not when everything goes right and there are no problems but how do they handle the inevitable problem that does occur. I feel that ComboInk passed this test with flying colors. I am very pleased with the ink cartridge and the company's response to my problem. I will be buying all my ink from ComboInk from this...

I've never had any problems. I have an Epson and their inks are not water soluble, which I need because I print cards and prints of my artwork. I couldn't have something spilled my inks would bleed. So it worried at first but I have sold several packs of cards and small prints and no one has complained or said anything about my work. I love the price and a lot of times free shipping!!! When using Epson inks my price has to go up on my work. So far (at least 3 years +) never had a problem or complaint.

If I were ComboInk I would have yelled at me. I ordered ink for my Epson and listed the wrong Series!!!! They sent me ink twice and it would fit in my printer.... duh, I game them my old Epson Series # not the new one. They have been so kind and polite to me. I don't think I would buy Printer Inks...
