I had been a loyal customer of Comp and Save for the past 18 months or so. On my last order they sent me the wrong product... Which I notified them of back in early January 2018. I was asked to email them a photo of the incorrect product I was sent, which I promptly did. I spoke to Rosealy on the phone and she assured me that everything would be taken care of. I replied in their support ticket system saying that I would be happy to return the incorrect product if they provided a return shipping label. No response. Ok... So a month goes by and I realize "I never got that toner that I paid $132 for"... So I emailed Rosaley again and low and behold without even so much as a reply I get an automated email and miraculously my order shipped less than an hour after I had follow up with them again. I tool this opportunity to give them honest feedback by taking time to fill out their survey monkey survey from their support team. I was honest but not rude. This experience was one đ overall. Within a few hours (literally just in the last 30 mins) I received an email from UPS saying that my order has been cancelled! So now I guess I still don't have toner and I have not gotten a refund of the original purchase cost. Being that the company refuses to take the time to actually have a human being respond to a bad customer experience I'm assuming that I am going to need to file a dispute with PayPal for get my money back. If the owner does read this review, your company could have very easily resolved this minor problem a month ago when it happened with simple and effective customer service. Your team failed you on this one. To other prospective customers, BE ADVISED: They might have cheap toner but don't expect anything in the way of effective customer service if something does go wrong with your order. I guess the have to save money somewhere to offer discounted toner... And they seem to not invest in customer...

I have a printer that uses both color and black ink cartridges, and it will not print in black and white if the color cartridge is low, which is a big bummer. The manufacturers refill pack for my printer is almost $37.00 for one black and one color cartridge. I tried Comp and Save because I am a starving student and I use a lot of ink to print assignments and stuff. I was so happy to find that I can get TWO refill packs, a total of 4 ink cartridges, for under $20! Less than what I pay for one replacement at the store. They worked great too, but I did need to run a couple of tests on the printer and clean the print heads on it before they flowed well, but once they start working they are no different than the store bought ones that are over twice the price. Another thing I love is that I have an account with comp and save which saves my order history, I just pull it up and hit "reorder" on it and it puts what I need In the cart. I do not have to try to find the right cartridges for my machine every time. When you get your shipment there is usually a coupon code too, so you save even more when you reorder. Overall I am very satisfied with Comp and Save and I will NEVER buy ink at the store again. When I did the math, I am paying $4.99 per cartridge from Comp and Save, opposed to $18.50 per cartridge from the store....I think the choice...
   Read moreCustomer service person Andre assisted me twice today and resolved both my issues quickly and efficiently. The first was a precise explanation of "purchasing the single pack" of cartridges to save additional cost. I had inferred there is a product called "single pack" which consisted of one package containing one each of black, magenta, cyan and yellow cartridges.
He explained I would need to purchase some multiple of each or any "single" cartridge to receive any additional discounts. I then reread the statement on your web page and understood its meaning.
The second was that I entered my email address to receive a 15% discount on my "next order". I placed order 1317998 after providing my email address and then proceeded to place a second order. Before completing it though, I again chatted with Andre, explaining my sequence of order placement and that the 15% had not automatically been applied to this "next order". He investigated and quickly provided me with a code for 15% off which I successfully used for order 1318013.
Andre is professional, courteous, and efficient and obviously takes personal pride in the way he effectively handles customers. His response is the very definition of outstanding customer service and is why I will continue ot order exclusively from...
