In this review I will provide you with my honest opinion. The gym is group session workouts. I will start with the positive: The comradery is unmatched. The women who attend are welcoming and encouraging. Most days you will get a good workout. The gym is affordable and offers annual and monthly memberships. I’ve always felt as the equipment was clean. Now let’s touch on the negative: The instructors which happen to be one of the owners is always late. I’ve visited on many occasions and the classes do NOT start on time. I rate this as poor customer service. During the holidays when most members are off the gym is closed. There are NOT enough weights if there is a full class. I’ve only seen 5lbs dumbbells, kettlebells and bar weights. The ankle weights are falling apart. We could’ve brought our own but there is not communication method in place. Some days there is not enough space for all of the members we are on top of each other. The work outs are not properly planned because there is not a system in place to account for how many people will join a class so the instructors are winging it. Most of the time it works. There is not proper communication for example there was a new fee added to our monthly memberships we were not notified until we saw the charge on our credit card. If an instructor is not teaching their normal class you will not know until you arrive. One the members will teach the class. If you arrive to early you will be apart of the set up committee if you arrive late there is a chance that you will receive inadequate equipment to use. Please be prepared to be video at all times without your consent. No one corrects proper form. I wanted to love this gym. But the list kept growing. I recently had the pleasure of joining Gymnetics Fitness, a gym owned and operated by a fantastic mother-daughter duo, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, which is a direct reflection of the passion and dedication of the owners. The facility itself is top-notch. It's clean, well-organized, and equipped with a wide range of modern equipment to cater to all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

The variety of classes available is fantastic. The high-energy group workouts is exactly what I needed to meet my fitness goals. The instructors are all highly skilled and passionate, creating a fun and supportive environment that makes working out enjoyable.

My experience with the Gym was great when my daughter and I initially joined in June/July 2023.

The classes were very good and the owners seem to be very nice people and highly knowledgable in their craft.

However, I had a health scare in August 2023, and have tried for months calling and emailing to cancel my membership to no avail.

I followed the directions given by one of the owners when I called the beginning of this year as well as the instructions given through the business email as late as February 2024, and have continued to be charged the $150.00 to this date.

I haven’t used this membership since August 2023; but have been charged the monthly fee of $150.00 from August 2023 - May 2024 to total $1,500.00 for a service I haven’t utilized.

I am highly disappointed as this is not a good business practice and the fact that I can no longer get through to speak to anyone on their business line is terrible.

If there is an additional step that I need to take I would like to be given the courtesy of receiving that information.

It is my hope that this situation can be resolved...
