2023-We are new to the area and bought a home that needed some work done on the oil heat system. He came out for the consultation, got us an estimate back quickly and was able to work with our schedule to do the repairs quickly (even though we’re a new customer and it was his busy season). The other part of his work involved consulting on a few plumbing-type issues/questions. He went over the system, and thoroughly explained what he thought we should do as well as estimate/urgency. Also very honest-my forgetful brain paid the estimate as if it was a bill. His office called me upon receipt of payment and let me know of the mixup, gave me options to handle it, etc. We will definitely use them for future work. 2/2025-We used them to convert from oil to gas including replacing the water heater. Absolutely beautiful work. And since it was done in winter, they had to make sure we never went without heat so it was challenging. The area stayed clean, and the system they left appears easy to service. ...

Just had my first experience with Apricity, and I couldn't be happier! Besides the fact I now have heat on the second floor of my house, I was extremely impressed that I was given a time of expected arrival and he was there at that time. In my past experiences I would be waiting at least 2 hours after the time I was told. He answered my questions, and never once made me feel like I was being talked down to just because I'm a woman. I will definitely be calling soon to set up an appointment for the spring to have my furnace serviced...which is something I've never been able to schedule out this far so that I'm all set to go and I won't keep forgetting to schedule when it needs to be done!!...

I feel very fortunate to have found Apricity snd recommend them very highly.... This is the FIRST of 2 reviews... GREAT first impression and experience. Timely service by a very competent technician. Accurately diagnosed problem and came up with good advice to fix it. So happy, that I I paid ahead for the job when he gave me the estimate. Honest, competent, professional and reasonably priced. You really can't ask for anything...
