Hebron Village Square Apartments — Local services in Union Township

PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEW IS FROM THE APARTMENT Manager (Roc McGibbon) . SHE IS BIASED TO GIVE A GOOD REVIEW.

This is the worst apartments I have ever seen. They are drafty and have no maintenance. The owner is a textbook slum lord. I have seen the most recent apartment manager get drunk and scream at tenants on multiple occasions. I lived there for 4 years and the bathroom ceiling leaked for at least the last 2 years. The newest apartment manager had been in that position for about that same amount of time. She was the breaking point that finally made us need to move. She is unstable and an alcoholic. Not to mention that when her electric was shut off for non payment, she stole electric from an empty unit. She had an electric cord outside along the building from the window of the empty unit into her window. And she would go to the empty unit upstairs to use the microwave that the previous tenant...

This place also owns a small house in Buckeye Lake. My daughter and her fiance paid for a background check and was told they was approved and could move in around christmas. They had asked the manager if they could at least fix the holes in the ceiling and we would be willing to pay and fix up the rest. My daughter and her fiance had taken pictures of the property the way it was when they walked through it and sent them to the manager and then the manager quit replying to them and would not answer their calls or text for days and then sent a text saying that since they had complaints about their property they was not going to rent it to them, even though they paid for a background check and was told they was approved. I think for $700 a month they had a right to have a home with no holes in the ceiling and in decent shape. ...
