Do not buy their alfalfa pellets if you are expecting a high quality! I bought pellets the other day and they were almost black in color, my horse wouldn’t eat them nor would the goats. Took them back in today and was treated very coldly by the counter person. I explained the difference in quality even bringing a sample of the Standlee pellets I normally buy, this gal couldn’t care less and stood there with no expression and offered no type of customer service. It would have been nice for her to show empathy, apologize for the “bad batch” and even offer a store credit. I was trying to shop local but will go to Tractor Supply. My dad and I tackled a hot water heater installation with zero experience. We started by purchasing the heater at Eagle Hardware. We then uninstalled the old unit and took pics of the pipe fittings.
