Our Hero On Thursday evening December 29, 2016 about 8pm our Winnebago Brave 30 foot motor home suddenly and without any warning went stone dead at 65mph on the northbound side of interstate 75 at mile marker 64 in Ohio. My husband was able, fortunately, to get it off to the extreme right side of the interstate and onto the grass. There was no getting the engine to start as there was no ignition power from the key. We tried calling TA ( Truck stops of America ) That was a joke...put on hold for an hour with no response. Tried calling around for emergency truck repair. No answers anywhere. The Ohio police stopped to check us out. They tried calling around as well with no luck. After assuring them that we were ok and had warmth and a generator they said we were far enough off the roadway that we would be safe and they would check in on us in the morning. The next morning at around 9:30 am Ohio police lieutenant, officer Louis, along with a young officer that was in training came to our assistant, got a hold of a wrecker and within 15 minutes Shawn driving his shiny huge three drive axle Kenworth showed up. He called around and fortunately was able to contact a truck repair about 15 miles away that would take us immediately and try to get us repaired that day. Shawn assured me that he knew the garage manager and described him as being kinda rough around the edges with a long goatee but a hell of a nice guy and a very good and honest mechanic. Shawn drove for Inglewood towing and recovery inc. The police officers stayed with us and in fact took my grand daughter and daughter with them in their cruiser and followed us in the wrecker to Super Tech Auto in Union Ohio. There we met Kevin, Chris the owner and several of the other mechanics like Larry, all of whom were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They got the motor home dropped inside the garage and went to work on it immediately. It needed parts which they ordered in and by 3pm we were ready to roll and at a cost that was very, very reasonable.

All we can say is that we we're extremely fortunate to meet such affable and helpful people like lieutenant Louis of the Ohio State Police, Shawn of Inglewood Towing and Recovery and the folks at Super Tech Auto. In Union Ohio.

Every one of these gentlemen were true professionals.

Had an axle bearing replaced on my vehicle back in 2024. After I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a metal on metal jingling sound when hitting bumps. Called the next day as they were already closed for the day. I was told they could schedule me for an appointment a few day out to look at it. To me, it felt like i was being brushed off. They should have offered to fit me in that day. Now, I would assume they deal with a lot of people who claim there is a new issue that was caused by them when, in reality, they are just trying to get something fixed for free that wasn't the shops fault. They should still treat everyone as if that's not the case, and they are honest. After taking everything apart, I discovered they failed to reinstall a spring that put tension on parking brake shoe strut, this allowed this part to jingle around on the shoes. Was probably an honest mistake. Thankfully, this did not cause any other issues and was only extremely annoying. Had this been a vehicle where the drum brakes were the main means of braking, it could have been very bad. Their mechanic should slow down and be mindful of his work. Also had to shell out almost $30 to replace the missing spring. Just salt in the wound...

Took a chance , after reading reviews, and took my 2009 Saturn to Super Tech hoping they could find the problem. Had been to two other garages Adams in Tipp City, did a good job finding part of the problem without keeping the car, and then Trojan Auto Care , in Troy. Trojan kept the car for a total of 7 days and couldn't find the problem, very disappointed, since they were much higher in price to diagnose and never did find the problem! Service Tech said they would find the problem. True to their word they did. Had to take back few times for continuing problem but they did eventually find it and can't be happier! Didnt want to have to get new car just yet! THANKS GUYS for being determined to finding and fixing the issue! WILL USE IN THE FUTURE IF NEED BE (JUST HOPE DONT NEED TO)!!
