Have now tried to get three things from them. First was a washer/dryer that was bundled with a laptop during a 50% off promo. When ordering online they require you to put down a $25 deposit. When I was called to set up delivery I was told that I couldn’t bundle the laptop with the washer and dryer even though I clicked on one thing to add to cart. Annoying but I really only needed washer and dryer so not the end of the world. I’m then told that the $25 I was REQUIRED to put down was a promo and it canceled the 50% off promo. After this I decided it wasn’t worth it and to just go another route but Lisa (only redeemable part of store/corporation) said she would try to get it fixed and get back to me. She texted me an hour later saying that she got it sorted, I didn’t respond back that day because I was in the middle of moving (hence why I need washer and dryer) I got back no less then 24 hours later but was told I was refunded and deal was canceled because I took to long? Eventually after a bit of back and forth they said they would honor the 50% off and do the original deal. Seems all would be good right? No. When I go to sign contract It’s twice the amount it should be, they didn’t apply the 50%. I call back and am told the first thing happened because I put $25 down. Again, I was required to, I did this over the phone with Lisa (once again the only bright part of this) I was told they couldn’t sort it out on there end and they’d contact corporate and get back to me. They never did, just refunded the $25 without a word. I’ve since bought a washer from home depo and decided I’d look if they had any good deals on laptops. They did, it was almost 50% off a good used gaming laptop. I of course put down the deposit you’re required to make (there’s no promo this time to mess up) when I call store to schedule delivery I’m told the laptop I PUT A DEPOSIT ON 2 days ago is no longer available and if I’d like a different one.    Read morePurchased a washer and dryer set. Delivery went ok no major issues. Got everything hooked up and after our 2nd load of laundry discovered issues with the timer on the dryer. Called mid-end of last week spoke to the manager and said they were sending out a replacement monday by 3pm. Monday came and went. Called yesterday (the day after) and was told delivery wasnt made due to a flat on the delivery truck and someone was going to call me back later that day. First off...if you cant make a delivery why wouldnt you call the customer immediately to reschedule? And second...nobody has called me back yesterday or today. Im ready to drop the laundry pair off in front of their store, cancel the payment plan and go elsewhere. This is unprofessional and i feel like my business is underappreciated as a customer.
Update: Called the 800 number on friday and was told upper management was going to contact me directly...never did. Store called me twice with a generic message "Mr brown call us at the store"...called them back monday and rescheduled the replacement dryer delivery. Never any apology or anything for the whole mess and lack of customer service skills. Will never deal with this...

So we go to hand them the merchandise and one of there employees threatend me with violence cause we should of already opened our door my property and he threatens me multipletimes and i retaliate and im the bad guy and there store manager is ok with the way there employees work and act. Now its been a few months i was never on the note i went to go in to start my own account and the same manager denied me upon entry of the store.. Seems like the manager has a rude way of running his business and agrees with his workers so for that experience i give this store a ratting of negative thousand been using rent a center for years in multiple different towns and have never been treated the way i was treated at this...
