Long rant...

I called Great Wall at 6:18pm to order chicken wings & shrimp fried rice, at 6:57pm I politely called back to see how much longer it would be, and the lady literally started yelling at me saying “we busy, you live too far!” so of course I’m like 🤨🤔ok umm, what does that mean, is it on the way? She said something then HUNG UP😐! Now let’s keep in mind her Chinese accent is strong so I couldn’t make out everything she said...at this point I’m flabbergasted i just looked at my phone and called right back, she answers and says “pick up or delivery”...i responded calmly and said Hi, I just called about my order and you hung up, just trying to figure out if my food is on the way or not? “You too far, we busy!!!”. At this point I’m annoyed by her attitude so I said just cancel my order and hung up. Now here it is 7:22pm and I get a call saying “hi your food is here” 🤨so I said oh no thank you, i don’t want it, the lady was very rude and I told her to cancel it...he said “i apologize, I’ll tell my boss” and then hung up.

These businesses are so used to y’all patronizing them in spite of the way they speak to you (and charging you “card fees” which is illegal) that they think everyone is going to put up with it. They will never get...

I am very particular about my food especially the smell. I ordered a combination platter with shrimp fried rice and vegetable lo mein, I asked them to make it a little spicy. There was a slight odd odor upon opening the container I prayed and with hesitation I decided to tasted the food. The rice taste old as if it was left out overnight. I decided to returned the food only for the owner to claim it was the spicy flavor I requested that was causing the odor and refusing to give me money back. We as community should not allow restaurants to service us any old thing we have the right to a decent meal especially when we are spending our hard earned money. I hate to give one star! I called and asked if they accepted credit or debit she said “ No only cash.” I said ok and placed my order and then an hour and a half past. I called back and gave my address explaining that I had placed my order and was wondering when it was coming. She reassured me that it was on its way and then another 30 minutes past. So I call back and give my address like before and ask what happened to my order? She says “ I never put it in because you don’t have cash.” I never said that and I was pissed that she took my order then lied and said it was coming when she knew she never placed it! I’ll never...
