I always encourage people to leave reviews at any establishment they visit, especially when animals are involved. BUT I always try to encourage leaving an honest review.

Tiffani - just for your information, the horses that you have seen across the road are horses that have been saved from a kill pen. Not sure how knowledgeable you are on horses, but a kill pen means they were going to get slaughtered if they were not saved. Those horses that you believe that were being mistreated with no blankets on - they were just saved from slaughter and on their way to a forever home.

Also those so called “mistreated” horses have a run in shed that can hold up to 12+ horses in it. The fields are large (6 - 22 acre fields) grass and shelter.

As far as the owner, she has to protect what is hers. Meaning she cannot have random people stopping by unannounced to a race horse facility. Appointment only, this is not a petting zoo. If you would like to visit and understand part of the racing world - please do so....
