How nice it is to have self check out at the new Cvs. Although I did not see the sign above the one self checkout register that said âno cash.â There were three girls at the main register I asked very kindly and politely â iâm so sorry I did not see the sign that says no cash, can I transfer my 4 items to the other register at the self check out that does except cashâ she was so sweet and said âno problem!â The other woman that was at the main register decided to make me feel like a fool and said âHow did you not see that? Itâs a big red sign that says NO CASH, I donât get itâ I said to the lady that was helping me âWell that was very rude!â As she did try to come over and say youâre not the only one that does this she decided not say sorry or apologize for reacting the way she did. I donât understand.. you are an employee at CVS who is suppose to be helping customers right?    Read moreI needed to ask the pharmacy if they had any over the counter covid tests as i didnt see any in the store. Bernadette helped me and she was rude as hell. Assumed i had covid because i needed to buy one and i told her it was for my son and he was with me. Im following protocol for school. They want you to test if you have any symptoms at all. She shamed me for bringing him in the store and gave us masks to put on and kept repeating "if you think he has covid..." with more and more rude remarks. I explained to her i dont think he has covid. I think it's a cold but I'm following protocol but she still kept going on and on. She was behind the counter for five whole minutes before even helping us. She was loudly talking about how they were over staffed. If cvs is over staffed in the pharmacy then why am i waiting that long to be helped while she is back there talking? She is by far the loudest, trashiest and rudest pharmacy tech ive ever encountered anywhere in my 40 years of life. She should be working in a bar...

Diane was in the middle of a task, but stopped to inform me of a dilemma in my printing needs. Most associates would have said, â theyâve exhausted all options,â but not Diane!
She took an ample amount of time servicing my needs and entertaining my toddler daughter while assisting me. All the while she attended to, and greeted other customers that were in need with a pleasant smile and personality. She truly âmade my dayâ and went over and above to make sure my needs were met.
