After getting gas at the Marathon I went into the deli area of the store and took a look at the menu hanging over 3 old woman and 1 younger lady. I walked towards the ordering menu and as I was looking for some breakfast I over heard one the older ladies talking about how dumb someone looked while they were just standing there and continued to talk rudely about this person.. They all laughed and had a good time talking about this person. I then over heard the young lady mention to her that that person was looking for something to eat. I was the only person in the deli area. The older lady then started to turn the conversation into a topic about how she was looking for the coffee that needed to be replaced. I looked over at the younger lady and walked right out. Iāve grown up in this area and have two young children that still visit grandmother in this area. Iām very dissatisfied at the disgusting disrespect that came out of this womanās mouth. I was simply looking for a local breakfast sandwich or platter that tastes like home. Instead of a hello how are you, what are you looking for? I get a mouth full of trash. I speak perfect English and can understand it too. Is that a surprise? No thank you. Iāll just head to the new Royal Farms...

P. S. The skinny old man who works the register...is his name Larry? That would certainly explain where the sandwich got its name.. GRUMPY LARRY
Update 9/12/19: after 3 months of boycotting which I estimate costs them roughly 500-600$ in gas, lunches, and tobacco I would have bought I gave them another chance. I ordered lunch for a coworker and myself on 9/7/19. Surprise..surprise they messed up the order even though the slip clearly had the correct order on it. Uggh back to boycotting. Maybe I'll try again in few months when I get lazy enough to go there again.
Update 3/4/24: It's coming up on 5 years; the boycott is still going. My resolve has never been stronger. Between just gas and food now, I quit tobacco, it's got to be damn close to $10k I would've spent there. I wonder if the cranky old guy even works there anymore? I guess I'll...
