Campania International Inc — Local services in Upper Hanover Township

I am very unhappy with this company. I ordered a penguin through Bed Bath and Beyond on the 23rd of December. This item ships from the vendor (which is Campania). Says it takes 5-7 business days to ship, not bad. Waited and waited, never got an email saying it had shipped. So I called Bed Bath and Beyond to ask about my order on 1/18 (many days after I should have gotten this penguin). She said she will contact the vendor to see what's going on. I went on Campanias website and saw they had a Facebook, so I went to look. Low and behold, they were at Americas Mart Trade Show 1/9-1/16 and I see a picture FULL of nothing but penguins. Now, I ordered this penguin way before this show. So I called today 1/24 and talked to another lady that told me that they were out of stock. UMMM HOW? They were obviously in stock when they went to the show enough to promote them. Wondering why I didn't get my penguin when they had them in stock... needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never order from...

Horrible customer service. We're on our 3rd bench. The first one lasted a few years before I accidentally dropped a tree on it. We ordered the exact one to replace it - that one split after one winter outside. The retailer graciously replaced it for us. That one was broken in a move so we again ordered the same bench.

After 3 Vermont winters, all of the concrete is flaking and the design is no longer visible. I have called, emailed, FB-messaged over and over again - 30-40 times in total with absolutely no reply.

Memorial bench was first delivered with the wrong base. That was replaced by the correct size with wrong color. Now the seat and base do not match. I am embarrassed for the church where it is displayed and feel that my husband’s memorial bench is an insult to his memory.
