I paid $10 to use their car wash and it failed to operate. I took the number from the wall and called when I got home and I was told I could get a refund. Today I drove the 9 miles for the sole purpose of getting my money. Not only was I treated with disrespect but they refused to refund my money. I am a senior with a very limited income and $10 is a lot of money to me. On top of that I had to waste my gas to drive 9 miles there and 9 miles back home again. I worked for 32 years dealing with customers and I would have lost my job if I treated a customer the way I was treated. A terrible place to do business! There is always a problem. Too long of a wait for gas on most days. They dont know how to work lottery and the employees play lottery on the clock.
