What's a good carnival with very tight security. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. Being handicapped, it was a heck of a walk through the grassy parking lot, to get there, and when I did, I had to walk down a grassy Hill. (for a handicapped person it was a really long trek. I parked as close as possible to the entrance of the carnival and it still took 15 minutes to enter the...
