Family Dollar — Local services in Urbana

Was just in there on Sunday July 28th right before 4pm (you can verify this story with the cameras) and a lady who works there was waiting behind me in line. I guess because I gave the folks in front of me about 5 feet of privacy/space while they ran their cards she just walked in front of me and put her stuff practically on top of their things. I told her I was waiting in line and she got really mouthy with me, put her stuff on a closed register and told a lady to cash her out on that one while still being belligerent with me when all I had done was wait patiently and tried to give some folks some space while they cashed out. This lady also identified that she had done her personal shopping on the clock as she clocked out while waiting in line.

This store is such a coin toss. You either get an employee who is super kind or someone who is belligerent and treats you horribly with what seems like zero...

I went there with expectations of finding several things for my Christmaschild box and I was not disappointed. Some little girl in a poor third world country along with all the other children in her village will receive a shoe box full of gifts she will treasure along with the gospel of who Jesus is and why he came to earth to live and die and rise again for her. Thank you for meeting all my expectations for all these beautiful creatures of God to have a first hand chance to receive salvation and spend eternity with our Lord and savior...

The family dollar in Mechanicsburg Ohio is horrible because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL !!! How would you ever be able to place an order??? YOU CANT !! The people they have working there are just too lazy or don't know what they are doing !! All you need to do is carry a store phone on your hip with a earbud in your ear and do something called multitask if you even know what that means !!! I say this is definitely bad for business and needs to be corrected and dealt with...
