Onsite Computers is a great company. The owners are very personable & professional. They fixed my laptop within days of my drop off, but they actually held it for me for some time, I only used it for spec things I can’t do on my phone. I ended up forgetting that it was still there. Recently I needed to use it again & realized it had been almost two years. I called them & very politely they told me, no problem, they had it fixed sitting there to be picked up. When I got to there they showed me no annoyance for the amount of time, they waited for the laptop to load from the dead battery for sitting, this took a little while but still no annoyance on their behalf which would be accepted from me. Beverly was the woman doing all of this & was so nice & made me feel so welcome with some great conversation the whole time. There was no extra charge for a holding fee or anything. I would recommend OnSite Computers anyone, if my family or I ever need service on any of our computers we will not go anywhere else. What a great experience. The team is awesome, friendly and responsive. My desktop would no longer start. I tried some things on my own without any luck. I brought it to On-Site and they looked it over and we came up with the option to buy a used motherboard. I bought the board, brought it to them and they installed it the next day. It worked. I knew the machine could use updating, a couple of options were suggested with no pressure to do them. Upgraded the machine to Windows 10 and a 1 gig SSD drive and it is so fast now.
