My children were not athletic. It was hard to find something they could do that worked my schedule. After coming joining they are not the same kids. They made so many changes in school, at home, have gained confense, improved on behavior & are trying new things.They went from knowing nothing at about Muay Thai, Boxing or BJJ. To now where their training in all 3. The crew is welcoming. Truly treat everyone like family. The coaches are amazing. The Hula Instructor is Amazing too. Don't bother reaching out to inquire about classes. Apparently, they have enough business and don't need yours. Trust me!

I left a VM on Monday, reached out on their IG page on Wednesday to ensure the number was correct since my call wasn't returned (of which I was told the number on the site is correct), only to never hear back from them at all. Attended the muay thai classes for 6 months. I had an incredible experience and learned alot. I am moving to Texas and hoping to find a gym as good as this one which will be hard to do because I liked this one alot.
