Good day all! Well as a resident of Vadnais Heights since 1982 I can speak with authority about pizzas in this area! I've been to every one within a 10 mile radius of The Pizza Man, Eric. I've also been to many throughout the entire metro area as my work takes me all over the 7 metro counties!

He creates the most authentic, best tasting, highest quality of ingredients, pie around. He refuses to cheat on the quality or amounts of them! I dare you to weigh any of his and compare it to any in his area!!! His will out weight them all! Trust me, he's the last of the breed that cares about his product and customers!

Now get to know the guy you trust making your food!!!! Ask him a question about anything he uses. He's a very intelligent nan. He knows his business and he knows how the world should work! If you're smart, you'll try him out. You may even learn more about the real world once you get to know him!! He knows what it takes to stay in business!

We ordered five pizzas for a staff lunch at my office. Upon ordering the person on the phone was rude with one of my employees. I went to pick up the food and have to say that this place is filthy. The person that handed off the order complained that we had a large order and we should set up an account. After seeing the state of the room the pizzas were made in I decided not to eat any myself. I call it a room because it wasn't quite a kitchen. It looked like they had squatted in a strip mall and decided to start serving food. I find it hard to believe the health department has ever set foot inside. The people who did eat the pizzas said it was extremely salty and sloppily made. We threw out the majority as it was inedible. This place definitely doesn't have to worry about our large orders as we will never be ordering from here again.

Since our regular pizzeria closed, we have been looking for another great place to get pizza. We decided to try Pizza Man as the majority of the reviews are great. I called in and was quickly answered with an on point estimated time of completion of my order. In previous reviews, people commented on the interior lighting situation. Honestly, it doesn't matter how a business chooses to conduct their internal affairs as long as they take care of the customer and provide a good product. In this case, Erik did a fantastic job with the pizzas and they taste amazing. If you're a cheese lover, this place is for you! The pies come loaded, so make sure you're ready to eat. As soon as I opened the door, Erik greeted me up front with the pizzas and we had a nice conversation. It's very rare that a business will ask about the customer in order to build a relationship and better serve them in the future.
