We had read about FPK in a Star Trib article and drove all the way from South Mpls to try it. So worth it! It's tucked back from the street on the East side of the building, so it can be hard to spot, but they are pretty good about setting out signs.
The service was excellent! She was very patient with us as we ordered, and gave great suggestions. She even offered to bring it out to our car for us when it was ready. The food was delicious. My favorite was the fried pickle pizza- absolutely amazing!
There is no indoor seating at FPK, but luckily Big Wood Brewery is 5 minutes away and allows you to carry in your own food. It was a great combination! Everyone who walked past our table told us our food looked/smelled amazing and asked us where it was from.

The reviews seemed promising but not so much when my group and I arrived at the location... Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but we were all very disappointed when we got our food. Burger, chicken sandwich and tacos were soggy, beef nachos were cold, bland and worse than gas station nachos, boneless wings were low quality, my sauce cups had no lids and were just in my box and the sauces spilled everywhere, fried pickle pizza made one of us sick. Utensils were also dirty when given to me. Owner was nice but I can see it was very unorganized. Overall, this place needs a lot of help. Not sure what happened between now and the last raving reviews but I sure wish I got to try it...

Outstanding fried pickles! State Fair caliber. I also tried to take down an outstanding chocolate chip cookie sundae by myself on another visit and almost succeeded. So good!

Minimal inside seating, more of a lobby feel. Several outside seating options for the warmer months.
