We had the absolute pleasure of hiring TaylorMade Chef for our annual guys ski trip in Vail this February, and without a doubt, Taylor was the best private chef we’ve ever had! We do this trip every year and typically bring in a private chef—but Taylor set a whole new standard.

From the moment she arrived at our rental house, Taylor and her Sous Chef created an experience that was both professional and incredibly fun. They danced along to the music we were playing while she prepared, laughed with the group, and still managed to deliver an absolutely flawless, restaurant-quality dinner. Taylor explained each dish she served, and it was clear how much pride and care she puts into her craft.

The menu was next level. We started with an impressive grazing board loaded with cheeses, meats, olives, pickles, and fresh fruits—perfect for après-ski. The wedge salad was a standout on its own, loaded with crumbled bleu cheese, crispy bacon, and avocado, all tied together with her delicious herb dressing. Then came the star of the night: a perfectly roasted beef tenderloin with the most flavorful mushroom au poivre sauce I’ve ever tasted. People are still talking about it! The loaded baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables were the perfect accompaniments, and the creamy horseradish sauce was spot on. And don’t even get me started on her focaccia—so good we snacked on it for days after! We finished with an indulgent chocolate and caramel torte that was out of this world.

Not only was the food amazing, but Taylor left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night. It was a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

We had an unforgettable private dining experience in Vail, Colorado for my wife's birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Chef Taylor was amazing—punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. From the moment she arrived, everything ran smoothly. The gourmet meal she prepared was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, perfect for a luxury dinner at home or a special occasion in the Vail Valley.

We enjoyed a multi-course menu, each dish thoughtfully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was restaurant-worthy. It truly felt like a fine dining experience in the comfort of our Vail vacation rental. We were so caught up in the celebration—laughing, talking, and savoring every bite—that we only managed to snap photos of the appetizer and dessert!

We hired Taylor for a birthday dinner at our house. Everything about our experience was amazing. From a planning perspective she was so responsive and helped to plan a special meal with a ton of thoughtful insights on what would go well together, foods the birthday girl would like, dietary restrictions etc. We were a little late getting home but were able to let Taylor in and she got right to work on food. She was able to make herself at home in our kitchen and was extremely respectful with our cookware, flatware, dishes etc. She even fielded all of our culinary questions, taught us a few tricks in the kitchen, and made it feel like we were talking to an old friend. All this and I haven’t gotten to the best part: the FOOD. Absolutely delicious. Apps, entree, and dessert prepared to perfection in our very own home. She was so professional the whole evening and everything was on time to the minute. The wasabi deviled eggs and the duck confit cabbage salad were highlights of the meal I won’t soon forget. Wiley took care of serving and assisting and was equally as pleasant to chat with as he took care of us through the meal.
